If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, fragrances, colours and images shown on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Our EcoResin Bowls are individually handcrafted. Small variations in colour, pattern, marbling, texture and surface characteristics may occur and form part of the handmade nature of the product.
These variations are not considered defects where they are consistent with the product description and normal handmade characteristics.
Candle Pearls and Product Use
Candle Pearls must be used in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied with the product and displayed on our website.
Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable heat-resistant vessel and following all candle safety instructions.
Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep candles away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of our products, failure to follow supplied instructions, or use of the product in an unsuitable vessel or environment, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
